Commission-based

In our commission-based rental model, costs are calculated as 20% excl. VAT of the revenue from each booking. This means you pay based on your property's performance. The better your property performs, the higher the revenue for all will be. This model encourages us to optimize occupancy rates and room prices, allowing you to benefit from higher overall income. 

Solid Return

A return of up to 10% before tax is achievable with a well-managed rental property in Spain. The actual return depends on several key factors such as the type of property, its location and whether or not you use financing. It is important to note that this level of return is something you build up over time.
