Sander and Lieke bring years of experience from the corporate world, having successfully run their own businesses. On top of that, they’ve privately invested in- and sold multiple homes. A journey that ultimately paved the way for their emigration to Spain. With a passion for unique properties in special locations, they founded Halcones Rents, aiming to bring happiness through exceptional service to both guests and property owners.

When Peter and Nikki made the move to Spain with their family, they were seeking another adventure. With their extensive backgrounds in government and law enforcement, they value hard work, honesty, transparency, and integrity. The emigration process was nothing new to them as they successfully navigated it themselves and have since purchased property in Spain.

It was where their children took horseback lessons, that Nikki and Lieke met. A personal and professional connection was instantly formed. Together, they founded Poco a Poco, a company focused on property buying services and emigration support.

As the needs and wishes of their clients aligned with those of Halcones Rents, they decided to join forces and expand their vision. The result was a stronger, more complete concept between the four of them: Halcones Homes where hosting, renting and investing come together in one trustworthy and transparent service.
